摘要
A novel sensor-a segmented capacitance sensing array-has been developed for a multi-phase interface measurement system. To find the optimum structure parameters of the sensor, a simulation based on the finite element method is introduced, and the simulation is experimentally verified. The sensor can be used both in the separation of crude oil and in processes in chemical engineering.
