摘要
Magneli phases of titanium oxides are known to have many interesting properties such as a conductivity comparable to that of graphite, a high level of chemical stability, and large overpotentials for gas evolving reactions. In this paper the possibilities for synthesis of pure Magneli phases are reported and the influence of various experimental parameters on the electrochemical properties is discussed. Several chemical, electrochemical, physicochemical, and physical experiments were performed. The opportunities for technological applications in the field of electroplating. in the recycling of process solutions, as supporting substrates for electrocatalysts, and as collector materials are considered.
