摘要
Monocrystalline LnPO(4) (Ln = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb) nanowires have been prepared in bulk quantities by a simple, facile, and clean solution-based hydrothermal method at 220-240 degreesC by finely tuning the acidity of the stock solutions. The length and width of the nanowires were in the range of 1-10 mum and 10-200 nm, respectively.
