摘要：

Frontal lobe seizures, especially when characterized by bizarre clinical manifestations, can be difficult to diagnose and require a systematic and organized approach, which includes a complete clinical history, ictal and inter-ictal EEG, neuroimaging studies, and occasionally, prolonged investigation with video-monitoring. These type of seizures can be mistaken nonepileptic seizures, and a multidisciplinary approach is warranted.
