摘要
NMR spectroscopy is currently a major technique for the determination of 3D structures of proteins and protein complexes smaller than 20 kDa. We discuss recent advances in isotope labeling strategies and NMR pulse sequences that together establish methods for extending the utility of NMR spectroscopy to proteins and complexes significantly larger than 25 kDa.
