A new method for production of valienamine with microbial degradation of acarbose

摘要
A new method for the production of valienamine with the microbial degradation of acarbose is described. The microorganism was screened by our laboratory and identified as Stenotrophomonas maltrophilia. After separation, valienamine was analyzed with UV, IR, and H-1 and C-13 NMR. The yield was more than 60%.
