A note on the robust stability of neural networks with time delay

摘要
The robust stability of neural networks with time-varying delay and time-varying parametric uncertainties is considered. The stability condition is given in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI). Numerical example is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of our theoretical results. (c) 2005 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
