摘要：

The co-morbidity of axis I disorders and axis II personality disorders is reviewed. As expected, co-morbid diagnoses in most studies yielded poorer outcomes. The early recognition of both axis I and axis II disorders, particularly in late childhood and adolescence, may prevent the later development of adult axis I and axis II psychopathology.
