A decision framework is essential for the selection of an enterprise information system. Learning to follow this framework provides assistance to organizations in identifying common challenges encountered by project teams when selecting and implementing enterprise information systems. By choosing the right team and partners and by choosing the right system and data design, companies substantially can increase the performance of their enterprise system.
