摘要
The test results of vacuum phototriodes (VPT) and PMT with microchannel plates (MCPT) are described. About 3000 VPTs now operate successfully in the BINP collider detector. Some recent results on MCPT are presented, in particular tube counting rate capability and the effect of a thin A1 film on tube noise, The first measurements of the hybrid PMT with a silicon diode were performed.
