摘要
Synthesis of Lal-x SrxGal-yMgyO3-delta with 0.098 less than or equal to x mol% less than or equal to 0.100 and 0.196 less than or equal to y mol% less than or equal to 0.200 was performed in three ways. according to the solid state route either from oxides, or from oxides and carbonates and from powders prepared by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis. The samples were heterogeneous with a 'crust' of a darker color. Impurity phases could be found in this crust and in the nucleus. Their nature and concentration depend on the method of synthesis, the sintering temperature, time and atmosphere and on strontium content. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Limited. All rights reserved.
