摘要
The Hypocrealean epibiont of Baccharis coridifolia has been shown to synthesize de novo a series of macrocyclic trichothecene antibiotics, such as roridin A, roridin E, verrucarin A and verrucarin J. The structures of the compounds were determined by spectroscopic methods (H-1- and C-13-NMR and FABMS).
