摘要：

Sol-gel BaTiO3 has been obtained using a colloidal solution prepared by peptization of acetate derived gel with acetylacetone. IR spectroscopy studied the thermal destruction of organic components of the solution. Very thin films (thickness = 44 nm) were deposited by using the dip-coating technique. The optical and dielectric properties of sol-gel BaTiO3 thin films were investigated in the visible spectral range. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
