Influence of phosphorous acid on electrodeposition of cobalt in pores of porous anodic films of aluminum

摘要
Sodium hypophosphite and phosphorous acid (H3PO3) are the two phosphor-offering agents most frequently employed. However, NaH2PO2 is found to be unsuitable for the ac electrodeposition. On the contrary, the ac electrodeposition of the metals performed well when H3PO3 is used.
