摘要
The occurrence and the characterization of a polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) in Anabaena cylindrica 10 C cultivated under different growth conditions were reported. The addition to the culture of A. cylindrica of appropriate precursors initiated the formation of a heteropolymer (PHB+PHV). The simultaneous occurrence of an exopolysaccharide acid its partial characterization were also reported.
