摘要
New experiments have been performed in the last years [1-5,7,8] on selfdiffusion in the oxides series : FeO (wustite), Fe3O4 (magnetite) and alpha -Fe2O3 (hematite). Measurements of the oxygen activity dependency of the oxygen self-diffusion coefficients have been specially documented. After reviewing and discussing data, an attempt is made to coherently describe the evolution of point defects populations from FeO to Fe2O3, i.e. while the iron oxidation state is increasing.
