摘要
The effects of randomness at interfaces on the tunnel conductance and tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) are studied by numerical simulations ar:a zero bias limit and zero temperature. We use the Kubo formula with the recursive Green's function technique for finite-size clusters. it is shown that this method is effective for calculating the tunnel conductance and TMR except for cases where the tunnel conductance is extremely small. This type of simulation may be a useful method for studying the conductance of systems with arbitrary randomness.
