摘要
Various factors controlling the recoveries of volatile organic compounds in in vitro headspace analysis of tomato plants (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. 'Moneymaker'), sampled using solid phase micro-extraction, were evaluated and optimised. The variations in composition of the headspaces were determined as a function of time, and following in vitro wounding of the plant. Copyright (C) 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
