摘要：

Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor is a rare solid tumor that most often affects children and young adults. Although benign, the tumor may be very aggressive locally. We describe a 9-year-old boy with primary inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor of the left upper lobe involving the left atrium. (C) 2003 by The Society of Thoracic Surgeons.
