摘要：

The calculation of energy dose and dose equivalent response of the tissue-equivalent proportional counter with low gas pressure for neutrons in the energy region from 20 MeV up to 5 GeV is carried out. The comparison between calculation and measurements in the radiation field at the top shielding of the IHEP accelerator is presented. The dependence of the TEPC neutron response and errors of the measured neutron dose equivalent on counter design and measurement methods are discussed.
