摘要
We apply the effective field theory with a probability distribution technique to study the effects of the interfacial coupling constant and the thickness on the hysteresis of the bilayer. A ferroelectric bilayer with an antiferroelectric interfacial coupling is investigated within the framework of the spin-1/2 Ising model. The effects of the interfacial coupling on the susceptibility and the pyroelectric coefficient are also examined.
