摘要
This paper studies the fluid-dynamic behaviour of a fluidization gas distributor in the absence of particles. This work is divided into two complementary parts: a numeric simulation of the flow field generated by the distributor using a three-dimensional model and experimental measurements of velocity with a hot wire anemometer in a real scale model to validate the numerical results. The parametric analysis shows the influence of the pressure drop and open area percentage in the gas flow uniformity. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
