摘要
Recent advances in the field of martensitic phase transformation include the proposal of a unified theory to explain both isothermal and athermal martensitic transformations, further development of the short-range ordering models for rubber-like behavior, further elucidation of the pseudo-elastic properties of ceramics, and refinement of the martensite theory. Applications of shape memory alloys continue to be found, particularly in medical devices.
