Cantorian spacetime E-(infinity), with the continuous dimensional expectation [Dim(H) E-(infinity)] = 4 + phi(3) is shown to consist of hierachical self affine Penrose universes with noncommutative properties constituting a geometrical realization of the noncommutative formalism of orthodox quantum mechanics.
