摘要
The classical statistical diffusion theory and the observed spectral properties are used to estimate the Kolmogorov constant C-0 under different stability conditions and for the three velocity components. Such C-0 values are related to the shape of the Eulerian velocity spectra and to the ratio between the Lagrangian and Eulerian statistics. The results of this new method of deriving C-0 values are shown to be in good agreement with previously determined C-0 values in the Planetary Boundary Layer. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd.
