摘要
The thermal conductivity, thermal expansion and thermo-optic coefficients, whose knowledge is essential for nonlinear optical applications, are measured along the three crystallographic axes of the newly discovered orthorhombic crystal LiInSe2. The results are compared to existing data on the commercially available mid-IR nonlinear crystals with chalcopyrite structure. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
