摘要：

The phase equilibria in the quasi-ternary system Cu2S-CdS-SnS2 tis been investigated using differential thermal, X-ray phase, microstructural and energy-dispersive X-ray analyses. The projection of the liquid surface and the isothermal section of the Cu2S-CdS-SnS2 phase diagram at 770 K over the whole concentration region have been constructed. Two quaternary compounds Cu2CdSnS4 and Cu2CdSn3S8 have been found, which are melting incongruently at 1178 K and 1091 K, respectively. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
