Dependence of exchange field and coercivity on cooling field in NiFe/CoO bilayers

摘要
The effects of different cooling fields (HFC) on both the exchange field and coercivity in a NiFe/CoO bilayer have been investigated. The exchange field is strongly effected by HFC at low field values and levels off at high values, whereas the coercivity is only weakly influenced. (C) 1998 American Institute of Physics.
