Theoretical study of the Raman spectra of Zn1-xFexSe in magnetic field and at high pressure

摘要
The Raman shifts versus magnetic field and hydrostatic pressure in Zn1-xFexSe are studied theoretically using a double spin-orbit model. The results are in good agreement with recent experiments, and a significant charge-transfer effect is found to exist in Zn1-xFexSe. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
