摘要
The Smoluchowski-Chapman-Kolmogorov functional equation presents the most basic test of Markovian character of finite stochastic chains, and is simpler in application than other tests proposed in literature. This test is used to analyze the experimental data on potassium current from single BK channel in a biological membrane. The results suggest the non-Markovian character of The analyzed data.
