摘要
A coherent detection technique which employs a two-dimensional heterodyne detector array is proposed For the enhanced detection and speckle averaging of laser signals transmitted through highly scattering media. By using an 8x8 InGaAs detector array, this technique is demonstrated to significantly improve the optical images of materials and biological objects.
