摘要
CaTiO3:Er3+ (5%) nanocrystals were obtained by sol-gel method under acidic conditions. The sizes of nanocrystals were 40 nm. Strong green anti-Stokes emission was observed after excitation of the I-4(9/2) and I-4(11/2) level. The emission is due to excited state absorption (ESA) and energy transfer upconversion (ETU).
