摘要
(Graph Presented) Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) is used to investigate the adsorption and reactivity of ethylene on a Pt electrode decorated with Pt nanoparticles. Both the oxidative and reductive strippings of adsorbed ethylene are followed spectroscopically in a wide frequency range and the results are compared with the voltammetric behavior (see figure). This study illustrates the use of pure platinum nanoparticles as a viable substrate for electrochemical SERS studies. © 2005 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
