The agroterrorism policy in the United States currently results in mass animalslaughter and staggering financial losses. The epidemic of foot-and-mouth disease in the UK and the USA is discussed, along with the origins of the foot-and-mouth disease control policy and the current policy needed to counter agroterrorism along with the associated technologies necessary to bring about this change.
