摘要：

One of the most serious side effects of amiodarone (an antiarrhythmic drug) is pulmonary toxicity. Bronchiolitis obliterans organising pneumonia has only very rarely been described as associated with treatment with amiodarone. In this article we describe a case of bronchiolitis obliterans organising pneumonia secondary to amiodarone. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
