摘要：

Cross-sectional medical imaging techniques, including x-ray CT and MR imaging, frequently are employed in the evaluation of patients with craniofacial malformations. Because of its superior visualization of bone, CT is an important tool in the preoperative assessment and postoperative follow-up of patients with craniofacial deformities. This article explores the role of CT in the diagnosis and presurgical evaluation of craniofacial malformations.
