摘要
We simulated ultrasonic data to determine whether bones are osteoporotic. Ultrasound allows the clinician to measure various structural coefficients for bone in addition to testing for density. This fact alone means that ultrasound may lead to more accurate assessments of osteoporosis. With regard to the density the ultrasound measurements are in general accurate.
