摘要
The different mechanisms leading io the formation of perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PA) in nanocrystalline Ni and Co films have been estimated. The magnetoelastic mechanism due to the difference between film and surface thermal coefficients, the effective demagnetizing factor modification connected with the columnar structure, and the microplastic deformation of grain boundaries during film deposition stimulating the stress-induced PA, have been considered. Their reality has been confirmed experimentally using X-band FMR.
