摘要
Obstructive sleep apnea is a common disorder that affects millions of people. Disturbances in alertness, cognitive function, psychological state, and quality of life are key elements of the syndrome. Neuropsychological evaluation has demonstrated significant dysfunction in multiple domains in patients with sleep apnea. Recent studies of therapeutic effect leave some continued uncertainty about the nature of treatment response.
