摘要：

Antegrade endopyelotomy is a practical, effective approach to ureteropelvic juntion obstruction. Performing the endopyelotomy under direct vision enables precision and accuracy in the procedure. Long-term results are excellent, and this procedure should be considered in all patients with ureteropelvic junction obstruction.
