Magnetic sound and whistler waves, magnetic shocks and vortices in non-homogeneous dusty plasma

摘要
A new feature of the magnetic field dynamics in the interstellar medium is discussed. Due to the presence of charged grains strong Hall electric fields arise to support the quasi-neutrality. Magnetized electrons and ions drifting in the Hall electric field transfer the frozen-in magnetic flux and the magnetic energy. The drift velocity is much greater than the current velocity and particle displacement in this motion could be of astrophysical scale. As a result the local "frozen-in" law of the magnetic field in matter is broken.
