LED to LEC transition behavior in polymer light-emitting devices

摘要
LED to LEC transition behavior is demonstrated in polymer hybrid light-emitting devices. By utilizing both mobile ions in the polymer layer and a low-work-function cathode for electron injection, we observe and investigate the transition from LED to LEC behavior. These hybrid fight-emitting devices demonstrate fast turn-on, low operating; voltage, high brightness, and long operating lifetime.
