摘要
We report neutron diffraction studies of short-period (111) [(EuTe)(xi)/(PbTe)(eta)](N) superlattices (SLs), with a special emphasis on the interlayer spin coherence phenomena seen in these systems. We summarize the results of experiments on over thirty samples, in which we have investigated the dependence of interlayer coupling effects on the EuTe and PbTe layer thicknesses, on doping of the PbTe layers, and on external magnetic fields.
