摘要
Laser-induced aluminum plasma in ambient air at a fluence of 10 J/cm(2) is observed by means of fast photography. Plasma expansion is found to be nearly hemispherical. The existence of an air plasma at the edge of the Al plasma is suggested by comparing spectrally resolved and unresolved pictures.
