摘要
3,4,3 LI 1,2 HOPO is a very efficient ligand to remove actinides from the body after simulated contamination. Unfortunately the synthesis is not easy and the yield is small (15%). In this work we present a new facile synthesis with a good yield based on a protection-deprotection procedure of carboxyle and nitroxyde groups of the pyridone 1 and a phase transfer reaction for the peptide coupling step.
