摘要
Photodissociation of simple molecules in the gas phase was discussed. Photodissociation reaction occurs under the contraint of energy and angular momentum conservation. Results showed that on photodissociation the available energy is distributed to various degrees of freedom both translational and internal which include electronic, vibrational and rotational.
