摘要
Conduction mechanism and sensing response of copper phthalocyanine (CuPc)-polymer composites are investigated. The composite films were fabricated by plasma-activated or laser vacuum deposition. The hopping mechanism of conductivity of the prepared composites has been identified in the temperature range of 290-350 K. The authors have found that the conductivity changes at the dispersion of CuPc aggregates into polymer matrixes are caused by variations of the localized states concentration, the electron localization radius and dielectric constant. It has been shown that these materials have enhanced gas sensing characteristics when compared with the pure CuPc. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
