摘要
Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) are presently considered to be the prime contribution to stratospheric ozone depletion. In this study, a microporous activated carbon felt (KF-1500) was used as a useful adsorbent for adsorption of trichlorofluoromethane and methylene chloride. The isotherms of these organic vapors on a microporous carbon felt were measured and the equilibrium parameters based on Dubinin-Radushkevich correlation were evaluated. Besides, the isosteric heats of adsorption were evaluated from the equilibrium data. It was found that equilibrium data for this carbon felt were well described by Dubinin-Radushkevich correlation.
