摘要
This paper describes the principles, the current technology and the applications of HPLC and tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS-MS) in the analysis of veterinary drug residues. Since the development of commercial atmospheric pressure interfaces, capable of coupling HPLC to mass spectrometer, LC-MS-MS has become widely used as a complementary technique to GC-MS in residue analysis because of its applicability to the determination of polar and/or non-volatile compounds without derivatization. This technique includes electrospray and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
