The double-logarithmic plot has been employed for the fluorometric analysis of ligand binding. This analysis is valid only for 1:1 binding of a non-aggregating ligand and if the plot is based on the free, and not the total, ligand concentration. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
